Helical Screw Dry Bulk Blower | T5 Cycloblower

The T5 Cycloblowers offer powerful air flow performance and reliability for the high capacity discharge of dry bulk products. With flexibility available as standard, the Cycloblower is manufactured with a variety of drive options to cover any installation requirements your business may need. Ideally suited for dry bulk products such as animal feed, plastic pellets or other pelletised product, the T5 is available in any one of three models with varying performance to suit almost all dry bulk discharge applications.

High Air Flow

The T5 Cycloblowers offer the highest air flow performance available within the Gardner Denver Transport Solutions range. These dry bulk blowers are widely used in the transport and discharge of animal feed or other similar products, applications such as these demand high flow to reduce discharge times, which is where the T5 excels in its performance envelope.

Various Models Available

Dry Bulk products have huge variation in physical properties and often require different air flows to support a range of discharge times. We offer three models of the T5 Cycloblower in order to best support you, no matter your requirements.

T5CDL12L140

Our standard T5 Cycloblower, the 12 offers balanced performance with high air flow and a compact footprint.

T5CDL9L140

Where space is at a premium, the T5 9 offers slightly reduced air flow but at the benefit of far smaller space requirement.

T5CDL13L

The 13 is designed specifically to offer you our highest air flow possible, with a maximum flow of 1350 m3/hr. This does result in a larger model, but when a higher than standard air flow is required, the 13 offers the flexibility to ensure that Gardner Denver Transport can support your business.

Flexible Drive Options

Our Cycloblowers were engineered with drive flexibility at their core. Each model has a double ended through input shaft, allowing for drive connection at either end of the machine to suit either clockwise or anticlockwise drive rotation. This flexibility also extends to the available drive methods which include direct PTO drive, belt and pulley drive, hydraulic drive and even electric motor or diesel engine drive.
