Varying sizes available to provide the exact capacity for your application. All pump gears are manufactured from PTFE impregnated 316 type stainless steel for maximum durability.

Precision Alignment

Gears are mounted between specially developed PTFE bearings which are fitted within the main pump body, ensuring precision alignment.

Bi-Rotational Flow

M gear liquid transfer pumps are powered by contacting, rotating gears within a fully swept pump chamber. They are capable of reverse operation without modification, offering flexibility to customers.

Leakage Control Seals

Single mechanical seals are fitted for maximum leakage control and hard faced seal materials such as silicon carbide are also available.

Hygienic Design

Sanitary operation suitable for handling sensitive or delicate products makes the M gear suitable for use in industries where health and safety is paramount.

High Efficiency

Reliable rotary lobe technology ensures ongoing efficient performance whilst leakage control seals reduce leaks which could result in wasted energy.

Easy Maintenance

Simplified construction means that components can be easily dismantled for routine replacements or maintenance. Plus, shaft assemblies including seals can be withdrawn through the front of the pump for ease of access.

Mounting Options

The pumps incorporate a location for mounting via a bracket to a frame size 71 or 80 flange motor, creating a freestanding unit.
