Stainless steel Pump
Twin-wing piston rotors made of a special non-galling alloy are standard. All other steel components that come into contact with the media, such as the rotor case, front cover, and rotor nuts, are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. With its all-stainless steel exterior, including the gear case and feet, the DuraCirc pump has exceptional corrosion resistance.
Gearbox
The gearbox is standard designed with duplex shafts and a robust, long-life bearing arrangement. This provides a very rigid shaft assembly design, essential for the high volumetric efficiency achieved.
Seals & Elastomer
With profiled compression elastomers and an optimized shaft seal location, the DuraCirc is designed to meet the most stringent hygienic design standards and has verified and effective CIP cleanability. The pump features a front-loading single mechanical seal, which allows for quick and easy inspection or replacement without disassembling pipework. Single flushed and double mechanical shaft seals, as well as O-ring seals, are available as options.
