Your trusted and industry proven GD PACK 5 has been re-engineered to offer a reduced weight and smaller installation footprint, offering all of the same features and functions. This new compact version of our proven air aftercooler package, is designed to enable easier installation into increasingly limited spaces on crowded vehicle chassis rails and also offers significant weight savings to boost your earning capabilities.
Each Slimline Pack 5 model includes a bare compressor (XK12, XK18 or TR20), a module pack, and a mounting kit, providing a full and comprehensive package for ease of installation. The design is suitable for all PTO directions of rotation.
We prioritize your safety with features like a high-temperature fault indicator, audio and visual alarms, and safety relief valves set to industry standards (XK18 & TR20 at 2.2 bar(g), XK12 at 2.5 bar(g)).
The powder-coated mounting frame provides a strong robust installation of compressor to chassis rail along with a high level of resilience against corrosion. The new GRP moulded cover, in the familiar GD Transport Red protects the internal components from the environment and harsh road conditions, yet delivers a pleasing sightline on your truck. The automatic fan control, radiator and 24v electric motor, are all configured to withstand demanding conditions typically seen in these hard operating conditions.
The Slimline Pack 5 Series offers a narrow profile with a width of just 450 mm, allowing for easier integration into a variety of vehicles, including 4x2 and 6x2 tractor units.
Weighing 30 kg less than previous models, the Slimline Pack 5 increases your payload earning capability and fuel efficiency improvements.
Operating at a cooler 70 degrees Celsius ensures product stability during discharge, without degradation.
Front-facing gauges and discharge ports provide both operational convenience and installation flexibility.
The Slimline Pack 5’s reduced depth enables installation onto most modern vehicles even when installed with side skirts.
